Nia is a joyful, transformational movement to music in both choreographed form and freeform. This allows you and your body to find new pathways to health and feeling better!

I invite you to come and experience the Joy of Movement, the joy of being able to move in YOUR body's way and permission to get it wrong. Actually the freedom of Nia is that there is no such thing as wrong. You move, play and celebrate in your own unique way.
