"I've experienced Maria's work on a couple of occasions now - one with 200+ people at a conference, another with 20 people in a University lecture room, and both times been bowled over by her effectiveness.
Maria's approach is so naturally engaging that a room full of people who claim they would never dance in public find themselves not only willingly participating but watching the clock the next day in anticipation of the next session.
The exercise is fun, uplifting and great at removing any barriers in a room of strangers, the aftermath is a focused audience.
At the end of a long and taxing day, a 10 minute session with Maria gave me sufficient mental focus to carry on for another 2 hours. I didn't realise the importance of physical intelligence before this but I am most definitely a convert now!
